| Disassemble | ||
3 | Remove snap ring (10) | ||
4 | Remove disk pack B1 (B). | Check disks for scorch marks and wear, replace if necessary. | |
5 | Remove disk spring (5). | ||
6 | Press together disk spring (3) using assembly device | Press together disk spring (3) until groove of snap ring (4) is exposed. | |

8 | Remove assembly device | Assembly device | |
9 | Remove piston (2) | To do this, carefully blow compressed air into oil pressure supply bore (A) while covering bore (A) with a cloth since oil may spray out. | |
10 | Remove teflon rings | ||
| Assemble | ||
11 | Install piston (2) | Install new gasket at piston (2). | |
12 | Install disk spring (3). | ||
13 | Install snap ring (4). | ||
14 | Press together disk spring (3) using assembly device | Press together disk spring (3) until groove of snap ring (4) is exposed. | |

15 | Install snap ring (4). | Check that snap ring (4) is seated correctly. | |
16 | Remove assembly device | Assembly device | |
17 | Install disk spring (5). | ||
18 | Install disk pack B1 (B) | Pay attention to sequence of disks. | |
19 | Install snap ring (10). | ||
