A Installation
1 Arrange multi-discs for multi-disc brake B3 in the order shown in the figure and insert individually.

B Measuring
2 Determine dimension "a" by placing parallel support (029) on the machined surface.
3 Using the depth gauge, measure to the outer edge of the Belleville spring washer (85).

4 Determine dimension "b" by placing the parallel support (029) on the piston of the multi-disc brake (arrows).
5 Using the depth gauge, measure to the gasket (11).
The difference between the two measurements gives the play "L".
6 Adjust the play "L" with the various thicknesses of outer multi-discs (133b) available.
Outer multi-discs (133b) are available as a spare part in thicknesses of 2.3, 2.8, 3.3 and 3.8 mm.

7 Lubricate groove in the drive shaft (87).
8 Insert lubrication pressure ring (99).
Press into the groove so that the joint meets.
