Remove output flange
1 Unscrew collar nut (1) using socket.
Counterhold output flange (2) using pin wrench.

2 Pull output flange (2) off the output shaft.
If the output flange (2) is seized, remove this using the puller.
3 Inspect output flange (2) for damage, replace if necessary.

Install output flange
4 Push output flange (2) onto output shaft.
5 Tighten collar nut (1) using socket.
Install new collar nut (1). Counterhold output flange (2) using pin wrench.
Pay attention to tightening torque.

6 Secure collar nut (1) using drift .
Secure collar nut (1) crosswise at cutouts on output shaft.
