 Caution

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.
Do not pour transmission oil into beverage bottles.

Remove

Drain fluid from transmission.



Remove transmission.

Remove torque converter.

Remove radial shaft sealing ring (1).


Carefully remove radial shaft sealing ring (1).
Otherwise, the seat of the radial shaft sealing ring (1) at the transmission is damaged.

 Dispose of radial shaft sealing ring (1).

Clean

Clean seat of radial shaft sealing ring (1) at transmission.

Assembly cleaner

Check

Check seating of radial shaft sealing ring (1) on transmission.

If damage is found,



Perform suitable repair measures.

 After obtaining special order.



Install

7

Coat sealing lips of new radial shaft sealing ring (1) with transmission oil.


