3 | Disconnect connector for transmission oil temperature sensor (25) | Only if the transmission oil temperature sensor (24) is replaced. | |
4 | Detach connectors (14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22) from solenoid valves (3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10) | To do so, release locking device on connectors (14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22) and detach connector upwards. | |
5 | Unplug connector (23) from solenoid valve (11) | ||
6 | Disconnect turbine speed sensor connector (17) on turbine speed sensor (7) | ||
7 | Disconnect oil level sensor connector (13) on oil level sensor (2) | ||
8 | Detach connector (18) from pressure sensor | ||
9 | Remove bolts from cover (26) of wiring harness (19) and remove wiring harness (19) | | |
10 | Remove solenoid valve holder (28 and 31) | Installation: Replace O-ring on pressure sensor. | |

11 | Remove solenoid valve unit (35) | Remove spring (29) and piston (30) from solenoid valve unit (35). | |
Installation: Install new O-rings (32). | |||

12 | Remove solenoid valves (3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10) | Only when the solenoid valves (3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10) are replaced. | |
To do this, place solenoid valve unit (35) on a suitable base and hammer out the retaining pins (37) from the top downwards using a suitable drift. | |||
Installation: Install retaining pins (37) from underside of solenoid valve unit (35). Replace O-rings (33). | |||
13 | Remove separator plate (36) | ||
14 | Remove control valve unit (39) | ||
15 | Remove solenoid valve (11) from control valve unit (39) | Only when solenoid valve (11) is to be replaced. To do this, use a drift to drive out the retaining pin (38) from the underside of the control valve unit (39) to the upper side. | |
Installation: Install new O-rings (33). | |||
16 | Remove filter housing of suction filter (44) | Installation: Check filter housing of suction filter (44) and suction filter (45) for contamination, replace if necessary. Replace the sealing ring (43) and seal (46). | |

17 | Remove turbine speed sensor (7) from control valve unit (39) | Only if the turbine speed sensor (7) is replaced. | |
18 | Remove oil level sensor (2) | ||
19 | Remove separator plate (41) | Installation: Replace seal (42). | |
20 | Clean separator plate (41) and base plate of electrohydraulic controller unit (48) | ||
21 | Install in the reverse order |
