3 | Disconnect connector for transmission oil temperature sensor (8) | Only if the transmission oil temperature sensor (7) is replaced. | |
4 | Disconnect connectors (a, b, c, d, e, f, g) at the solenoid valves (A, B, C, D, E, F, G) | ||
5 | Disconnect turbine speed sensor connector (3) on turbine speed sensor (2) | ||
6 | Disconnect oil level sensor connector (10) on oil level sensor (12) | ||
7 | Disconnect pressure switch connector (c3) on pressure switch (C3) | ||
8 | Unscrew bolt (9) and remove wiring harness (4) | Installation: Replace gasket (5) and O-ring (6). | |

9 | Remove both valve housings (18) | Installation: Replace seal boots (17). | |

10 | Remove solenoid valves (A, B, C, D, E, F) | Only if solenoid valves (A, B, C, D, E, F) are replaced. | |
To do this, place valve housing (18) on a suitable base and hammer out the retaining pins (22) from the outside inwards using a suitable drift. | |||
Installation: Install retaining pins (22) from the underside of the valve housing (18). Observe installation position of notched retaining pin. Replace O-rings (15, 16). | |||
11 | Remove pressure switch (C3) | Only if the pressure switch (C3) is replaced. | |

12 | Remove separator plate (20) | ||
13 | Remove timing case (23) | ||
14 | Remove solenoid valve (G) from timing case (23) | Only if solenoid valve (G) is replaced. To do this, use a drift to drive out the retaining pin (21) from the underside of the timing case (23) to the upper side. | |
Installation: Install new O-rings (15, 16). | |||
15 | Remove filter housing of suction filter (30) | Installation: Check filter housing of suction filter (30) and suction filter (31) for contamination, replace if necessary. Replace seal boot (29) and gasket (32). | |

16 | Detach turbine speed sensor (2) from timing case (23) | Only if the turbine speed sensor (2) is replaced. | |
17 | Remove oil level sensor (12) | ||
18 | Remove and clean separator plate (26) | Installation: Replace seal (27). | |
19 | Clean base plate of electrohydraulic controller unit (33) | ||
20 | Install in the reverse order |
