1 | Pull off vacuum line (arrow) | Installation: Check for leaks and porous points | |
2 | Detach retaining plate (4). | Detach hexagon socket bolts (8) with washer (7) and remove retaining plate (4). | |
3 | Pull out vacuum unit (6) with sealing ring(5). | Installation: Replace sealing ring (5). | |
4 | Detach modulating pressure regulating valve (1). | Pull out thrust pin (3), spring (2) and modulating pressure regulating valve (1). Installation: The thrust pin (3) must be cleaned and checked for ease of movement. | |
5 | Install in reverse order. |
