Adjustment gauge
1 | Press in catch (1) of shift cable on vehicle underside until the lock (2) holds the catch (1) in clamped position. |

2 | Push gearshift lever (3) to right and lift up. |
3 | Insert adjusting gauge (01) with cutout facing upwards and release gearshift lever (3). |

4 | Slide adjusting gauge (01) forwards until it touches contact surface of lock for reverse gear (a). |
Make sure that the adjusting gauge (01) makes contact at the front and rear on the housing (b). |
5 | To lock gearshift lever (3) in default position, push it to left onto the adjusting gauge (01) and hold there. |
Hold gearshift lever (3) in this position until a second person has released the catch (1) on the vehicle underside. |

6 | Have shift cable lock (2) on vehicle underside pushed by a second person until the catch (1) jumps out. |
7 | Remove adjusting gauge (01). |
