1 | Shift transmission to neutral position. | ||
2 | Unclip gearshift lever boot from panel. | ||
3 | Press in bracket (5) downwards to secure neutral position. | The bracket (5) is in the correct position if the gearshift lever can no longer be moved. | |
4 | Lift vehicle with lifting platform. | ||
5 | Unclip lock tabs (6) at shift cables (8). | The sliding pieces (7) slide into the basic position. | |
6 | Clip in lock tabs (6) at shift cables (8). | ||
7 | Lower vehicle. | ||
8 | Pull bracket (5) upwards. | ||
9 | Check gearshift system for proper operation and repeat adjustment if necessary. | The transmission must shift smoothly. | |
10 | Clip in gearshift lever boot at panel. |
