Remove transmission.

Attach assembly device to transmission and move transmission to vertical position.

Remove pneumatic central clutch release bearing.

Detach air line (9) from countershaft brake (2).

Remove countershaft brake (2).

Remove shims (4).

Remove O-rings (3, 7) from transmission.



Install

Determine shims (4) for countershaft.

 The shims (4) are used to adjust the bearings of the countershaft.

Insert new O-rings (3, 7) at transmission.

Insert determined shims (4) into countershaft brake (2).

Apply sealant to screws (1) of the countershaft brake (2) and install countershaft brake (2).

 The oil grooves (arrows A) of the brake disks (8) must be in a line.

Replace o-ring (11) and compressed-air line (9) at countershaft brake (2).

 Screw/bolt, compressed air line to countershaft brake

Install pneumatic central clutch release bearing.

Remove transmission from assembly device and place down horizontally.
