Remove

Detach the propeller shaft from output flange (4) and place to one side

Unscrew bolt (1) and remove pressure plate (2) with O-ring (3)

 Retainer wrench

Heat up output flange (4) to approx. 80 °C and pull off from output shaft

Check

Check radial shaft sealing ring for damage

If there are problems



Replace radial shaft sealing ring.

Check output flange (4) for damage

If there are problems



Replace output flange (4).



Install

Attach output flange (4) to output shaft

Position new O-ring (3) together with pressure plate (2) and secure using screw/bolt (1)
