Disassemble
1 Remove circlip (1).

2 Press out shaft (2) using suitable drift (3).

3 Remove ball bearing (6) with puller (4) and counter stay (5).
Place shims under the counter stay (5) to ensure that the bearing housing is not damage.

4 Remove circlip (7) and sleeve (8).
5 Use suitable drift to drive out ball bearing (9).

6 Remove radial shaft sealing rings (10 and 11) from the bearing housing (12).

Assemble
7 Use suitable drift (13) to drive ball bearing (9) into bearing housing (12).

8 Insert sleeve (8) and fit circlip (7) into radial groove.
9 Drive ball bearing (6) using a suitable drift up to the axial contact surface on the circlip (7) into the bearing housing (12).

10 Install inner radial shaft sealing ring (11) in the bearing housing using a suitable drift.
Observe installed depth (A) of inner radial shaft sealing ring in bearing housing.
11 Install outer radial shaft sealing ring (10) flush with the bearing housing using drift (16).
12 Pack the space behind the radial shaft sealing rings (10 and 11) with lubricant.

13 Prop up bearing inner race and use suitable drift to press shaft (2) into bearing housing.

14 Mount circlip (1) onto shaft (2).
