1 Drive in cylindrical roller bearing (16) using drift .
Installation position: The lettering on the inner and outer races must point toward to the bearing seat.
2 Drive outer race in (17) using drift .

3 Insert shift fork (13) together with shift rod (11).

4 Insert coil spring (10).
5 Screw in threaded bush (9) using socket wrench .

Insert bush together with Loctite 270 fixing agent.

6 Insert sliding sleeve (6), drive pinion (7) and thrust plate (8) into flange housing and hold in place.
Installation position: Thrust plate collar must point toward bearing.
7 Slide driver (3) with inserted needle roller bearings (4) and (5) into positioned parts (sliding sleeve, drive pinion, thrust plate).
8 Insert straight pin (12).

9 Insert shifter interlock pressure pin (15).
Installation position: Tapered part facing downward
10 Insert dummy covers (1) and (14) into transmission housing in flush position using suitable drift.
Insert dummy cover with Loctite 270 fixing agent.
