Removal

1 Using  internal extractor (4),  countersupport (3) and shop-made adapter, pull out the pilot bushing (2).

2 Using  internal extractor (4),  countersupport (3) and shop-made adapter, pull out the radial shaft sealing ring (1).

Install

3 Install new radial shaft sealing ring (1) with drift  (5) up to mounting face.

 The sealing lip must point inwards with the spring ring (oil side). Coat radial shaft seal (1) with synthetic grease.

4 Install pilot bushing (2)  as far as the stop using drift (5).
