Remove

Remove pneumatic central clutch release bearing.

Remove bolts (1).

Remove drive shaft bearing cap (2).

Remove O-rings (6, 7).

Remove oil control ring (4).

Remove shim (5).

Remove radial shaft sealing ring (3).

Clean exposed thread in transmission housing, recut if necessary.



Install

Determine shim (5) of drive shaft.

Install new radial shaft sealing ring (3).

 Fill area behind sealing lip with grease.

Install new oil control ring (4).

 Apply light coating of grease to sealing lip.

Insert shim (5) of determined size into bearing cap of drive shaft (2).

Install new O-rings (6, 7).

Position drive shaft bearing cap (2) and screw in screws (1).

Install pneumatic central clutch release bearing.
