1 Remove support ring (5).
Installation: Install new support ring with synthetic grease
2 Remove rubber sealing rings (2 and 4).
Installation: Install new rubber sealing rings with synthetic grease.
3 Clamp piston rod (1) in vise.
Use soft vise jaws.
4 Unscrew nut (7) and remove washer (6), heat up nut (7) if necessary.
Installation: Install nut with locking agent .
5 Separate double-diameter piston (3).
6 Assemble in the reverse order.
