1 With the center actuation device (1) disassembled, remove the seal carefully applying compressed air in the inlet connection, protect the seal outlet area with a cloth.
2 Clean the components.
The parts of the center clutch actuation system must not get in contact with oil based fluids. Clean all device parts with ethanol, “except the inside part of the thrust bearing” . Use only the lubricant recommended and supplied together with the repair kit, otherwise, the rubber seal deforms and causes operating problems.
3 Install on the top end of the thrust bearing guide tube the guide bushing on the assembly device (2) and lubricate the guide tube and the new seal with the lubricant supplied with the repair kit.

4 Observe the correct position of the new seal (3) and place it on the guide of the centralized device (2).
5 Lubricate the lips of the new seal.

6 Place the mandrel (4) of the device and press the seal (3) until seated on its outside fit. At this point, observe with attention the correct fitting of the sealing lips in the circuit indicated by the arrow.
7 Press the seal (3) with the mandrel (4) until fitting completely in its housing.

8 To assemble the central actuation device (1), insert in it the spring, the plastic support cap (5) of the spring and the clutch bearing.
9 Press with both hands the clutch bearing and install a new lock-ring (6), next release the clutch bearing until touching the lock-ring.
For cases of storage of the actuation device, the same will have to be protected by an appropriate and closed plastic bag.
