1 | Support transmission from below using a transmission jack | ||
2 | Unscrew bolts (6, 12) on the transmission carriers (4, 10) | | |
3 | Lift transmission until the transmission carriers (4, 10) are a distance of approx. 1 cm from the engine mounts (2, 8) | ||
4 | Detach cable tie from battery wiring harness (3) on left engine mount (2) and pull battery wiring harness (3) slightly to one side | Installation: Install new cable ties. | |
5 | Loosen AdBlue tank from the mounting consoles and pull forward approx. 4 cm | Only on vehicles on which the mounting of the left engine mount (2) is not accessible for reason of the AdBlue tank positioned in front of it. | |
6 | Detach left engine mount (2) from longitudinal frame member | Installation: Align engine mount (2); for this purpose, position the engine mount (2) from inside on the longitudinal frame member, screw in the four bolts (1) first and then screw in bolt (6) slightly. After this, tighten all bolts (1, 6). | |

7 | Detach cable tie from wiring harness (9) on right engine mount (8) and pull wiring harness (9) slightly to one side | Installation: Install new cable ties. | |
8 | Detach right engine mount (8) from longitudinal frame member | Installation: Align engine mount (8); for this purpose position the engine mount (8) from inside on the longitudinal frame member, screw in the four bolts (7) first and then screw in bolt (12) slightly. After this, tighten all bolts (7, 12). | |
