Lower engine stabilizer mount

 Danger

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Remove lower engine compartment lining

Unscrew bolt (1).

 Screw, engine carrier engine stabilizer mount at bottom to front axle carrier

*BA22.10-P-1008-03P

Remove screws (2) and remove bottom engine stabilizer mount (3).

 Screw, engine stabilizer mount at bottom to engine carrier

*BA22.10-P-1009-03P

Check elastomer bearing of the bottom engine stabilizer mount (3) for damage and wear.

Evaluation of elastomer bearings

AH00.10-P-0001-01A

If there are problems,



replace bottom engine stabilizer mount (3).

Install in the reverse order.
