1 Press shaft (11) to stop into new bearing (5) with suitable sleeve (22).
The bearing (5) should only make contact with the inner bearing shell at the sleeve (22), otherwise the bearing (5) can be damaged when pressing in
Lightly lubricate inner bearing shell on bearing (5).

2 Press new bearing (5) into bracket (6).
Press bearing (5) only on outer bearing shell, otherwise bearing (5) can be damaged when pressing.
Lightly lubricate outer bearing shell on bearing (5) and use previous bearing (23) as thrust piece.

3 Insert retaining ring (15) and washer (16) into bracket (6).

4 Guide electrical line (14) through hole (13).
5 Attach solenoid (4) to bearing (6) with bolts (12) .
Apply thread locking fluid to screws (12).
6 Fasten electrical line (14) to bracket (6) with cable tie.

7 Clamp Allen wrench (10) with size 5/8" into vise.
8 Place bracket (6) with shaft (11) on Allen wrench (10)
9 Position fan hub (2) and rotor with belt pulley (3) on bracket (6).
10 Install bolt (8) with washer (9) .
Apply thread locking compound to bolt (8).

11 Position cooling rib ring (1) on fan hub (2) and tighten with bolts (7) .
Apply thread locking fluid to screws (7).
