2 | Open maintenance flap | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut. | |
3 | Tilt cab | Installation: Only tilt cab back after leak test has been conducted. | |

4 | Remove underride guard from bottom of frame | ||
5 | Drain off hydraulic fluid for hydrostatic fan drive on hydraulic engine (1) | ||
| Hydrostatic fan drive - oil and filter change | ||
6 | Disconnect electrical connector (5) at hydrostatic fan (Y66) | ||
7 | Remove oil pressure line (2) and oil return line (3) from supporting frame (4) | ||
8 | Detach oil pressure line (2) and oil return line (3) from hydraulic engine (1) | Catch escaping hydraulic fluid. | |
9 | Remove hydraulic motor (1) | Installation: Inspect sealing ring (6) at bearing flange for damage or wear, install new seal if necessary. | |

10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
11 | Inspect hydraulic system for leaks | Visual inspection. |
