11 | Disconnect electrical connection (9) on fan unit (10) | ||
12 | Unclip electrical wiring harness on fan unit (10) and place to one side | Installation: Replace cable tie. | |
13 | Detach vacuum hose from the radiator shutters adjuster | Only if fitted. | |
14 | Disconnect electrical connection at the radiator shutters adjuster | Only if fitted. | |
15 | Detach coolant line holder from the front cover on left cylinder head | Model 207 with engine 273 | |
16 | Press unlocking fishplates (14) apart (arrows) and unclip lower air ductings (13) on the left and right from the fan unit (10) | ||
17 | Remove screw/bolt for transmission oil cooling lines to fan unit (10) | Only if fitted. | |
18 | Unclip coolant line on fan unit (10) | Only if fitted. | |
19 | Unhook fan unit (10) from radiator mount and pull out upwards | ||
20 | Install in the reverse order |
