1 Detach coolant hose (2) and vent hose (1) at coolant thermostat housing.

2 Use clamp (5) to pinch off oil lines (3) and detach from cooling loop (4).

3 Unplug connector (6) at radiator expansion reservoir.

4 Remove air intake hose between air cleaner housing and air inlet.

5 Detach coolant hose (7) at coolant pump.
D20.20-1006-01
6 Use clamp (5) to pinch off oil lines (8) and detach at radiator.
Only on models fitted with automatic transmission.
7 Install in the reverse order.
