| Remove poly-V-belt.
|

| Unscrew collar nut and remove belt pulley (1) from alternator.
| Counterhold alternator shaft with serrated socket and socket wrench and unscrew collar nut.
|
|
|
|
| During repairs to the alternator, the belt pulley (1) must always be replaced after a mileage of more than 100.000 km.
|
|
|
|
| Collar nut on poly-V belt pulley

| Install in the reverse order.
