Detach alternator wiring harness holder at engine support and place to one side

Detach electrical wiring harness (1) on starter (M1)

Remove screw/bolts (2) and remove starter (M1) from bottom

 Bolt, starter to crankcase/transmission

Check

Check starter ring gear for wear and damage

When replacing the starter (M1).

 Rotate engine at center Bolt, crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation.

 Socket wrench bit

Replace flywheel
