Installation
8 | Thoroughly clean bore and thread in pump module with a lint-free rag. |
9 | Apply a very thin coat of lubricant to O-rings (13, 14, 15). |
It is vital to ensure that the bores (16, 17) are not clogged with lubricant, |
W14.40-1500-11
10 | Position axial O-ring (18) and install internal pneumatic pressure reduction valve (12). |
For installation, use a screw (11) with the dimension M550. Screw in screw (11) up to noticeable end stop; then, insert internal pneumatic pressure reduction valve (12) into the blind hole bore of the pump module up to end stop, applying slight pressure. |
11 | Remove screw/bolt (11). |
W14.40-1501-03
12 | Check that axial O-ring (18) is seated correctly on internal pneumatic pressure reduction valve (12) and align if necessary. |
