Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Separate the electrical connectors (5) of the pump module (1)


Separate electrical connectors (5) must not come in contact with urea:
This may cause damage to the harness and connected components.

Remove the urea suction piping (3) from the coupling nozzle

Remove the urea supply piping (4) from the coupling nozzle and hold it upward

 Collect and dispose the drained fluid.

Remove the pump module (1) from the support (2)

Install in reverse order

Check

Check the tightness in the piping junction points

 Visual inspection.
