After removing the metering unit, it must be free from any impurities in the area of diffuser assembly (4).
Otherwise this can cause damages in the component.
AdBlue residues must be removed using a lint-free cloth.
In case of a large amount of AdBlue, the component must be washed with clean water , and dried with compressed air.

Install
6 | Apply a thin layer of lubricant on the O-rings (3, 5) in the diffuser (4). |
For the application, for example, a swab may be used.
Make sure that the sliding product is used very little, as it may clog the inside of the dosing channel.
Always use the prescribed grease as a sliding product.
Use of other products may cause damage to the component.
