 Warning

Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Release the AdBlue pipes clamps (4,5)

Remove the filter cup (9) with filter element (8) in the pressure filter housing (7)

 Installation: Clean the pressure filter housing (7) and replace the filter bowl (9) together with the filter element (8). Before installation, apply a thin layer of MB silicon grease to the sealing ring of the filter element (8) and the filter cup (9).

Install in reverse order

Check the tightness of filter cup (9)

 Visual inspection.
