Remove

 Warning

Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Remove the valve protective cap (6)

Empty the pressure accumulator (4)

 Press the valve (6) until the pressure accumulator (4) is fully empty.

Remove the pressure accumulator (4)



Install

Clean the housing cover(7), and the pressure accumulator housing (3). Check for damages.

 Replace the pressure accumulator (4), if necessary.

Install the pressure accumulator (4)

 Before assembling, clean the supporting surfaces , and apply a thin layer of grease in the sealing ring (5).

Inflate the pressure accumulator (4) with compressed air


