| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove air intake line upstream of exhaust gas turbocharger. | ||
Installation: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test. | |||
2 | Remove vacuum line (1) from vacuum line (2). | ||
3 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (3, 4). | ||
4 | Remove hose (5) from low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/7). | Installation: Replace clamp. | |

5 | Seal connections with suitable stop plugs. | Record plug | |
6 | Remove screws (7) and remove low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/7). | Installation: Replace seal. | |

9 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
