1 | Disconnect ground line on battery. | See information from body manufacturer. | |
2 | Remove heat shield (4) at exhaust gas turbocharger and at valve fitting (8). | Bolt, heat shield to turbocharger and engine brake flap fitting | |
3 | Remove tensioning strap (3). | ||
4 | Remove clamp (2) at the rear lifting eye. | ||
5 | Remove clamp (5) at the premuffler with exhaust pipe and exhaust flex pipe (1), push the premuffler with exhaust pipe and exhaust flex pipe (1) away towards the rear and connect them. | Bolt, clamp to premuffler, exhaust pipe, rear muffler and flexible exhaust pipe | |
6 | Remove compressed-air line (6) at engine brake cylinder (7). | ||
7 | Remove injection line (9) of the exhaust aftertreatment system. |

8 | Remove valve fitting (8) from the exhaust gas turbocharger. | Nut, flap fitting to turbocharger | |
9 | Seal bore on exhaust gas turbocharger with a plug. | ||
10 | Remove injection nozzle (10) of the exhaust aftertreatment system at valve fitting (8). | ||
11 | Install in the reverse order. | ||

13 | Check valve fitting (8) for leak tightness. | Visual inspection. |
