6 | Detach clamps (1) and remove EGR corrugated tube (2) | ||
7 | Remove exhaust pipe bracket (3) | ||
8 | Disconnect turbocharger (10) from exhaust manifold at the flange | Installation: Replace hexagon head bolts (9) | |

9 | Loosen and unbolt copper hexagonal nuts (11) evenly | Installation: Replace copper hexagonal nuts (11). The tightening sequence is from the exhaust manifold middle to the front and rear | |

10 | Push turbocharger to the side and lift out exhaust manifold (10) | ||
11 | Remove gasket (8) | Installation: Install new seal (8). | |
| Checking | Check sealing surfaces for cracks; clean if necessary | |
12 | Check stud bolts (13); replace if necessary | | |
13 | Install in the reverse order |
