1 Remove fitting (1, 2, 3) and screw plug (4, 5) on cylinder head (6) and remove sealing rings.

2 Take off intake valve disk (7) at cylinder head (6).
3 Remove bolt (8), valve intermediate plate (9) and seal (10).

4 Remove nuts (11), valve plates (12) and pressure valve disks 13) at the valve intermediate plate (9).
5 Attach valve plate (12) and new pressure valve disks (13).
The valve plates (12) and pressure valve disks (13) must latch on the stud anti-twist locks.
6 Screw nuts (11) tight.

7 Attach valve intermediate plate (9) and new seal (10); tighten bolt (8).
Observe installation position of the roll pins (14); the swelling on the roll pins must point towards the cylinder liner. Observe tightening torque.
8 Fit new intake valve disk (7) onto cylinder head (6).
Only the altered 3-arm intake valve disks (7) should be installed. Observe installation position of suction valve disk.

9 Tighten down fittings (1, 2, 3) and screw plugs (4, 5) onto cylinder head (6) using new sealing rings.
