1 Insert blocking device (1) into the timing case and screw tight.
The counterweights of the crankshaft must be positioned down for this step.
2 Use ring wrench (5) to slacken bolt (3) at drive gear (4) and unscrew.
Installation: Pay attention to tightening torque.
3 Use a suitable tool to carefully lever drive gear (4) down and off the compressor crankshaft.

4 Use assembly lever (3) to press compressor crankshaft (2) out of the inner bearing.
5 Take compressor crankshaft (2) out of timing case (1).
