Shown on dual compressor cylinder head
1 Remove fitting (5) and replace sealing ring (4).
Only if fitting (5) leaks.
Installation: Note tightening torque .
2 Remove bolts (3) and cylinder head cover (1) from valve intermediate plate (2).
Replace bolts (3) and only put on finger-tight.

3 Check cylinder head cover (1) and valve intermediate plate (2) for damage; replace if necessary.
4 Check pressure valve disks (7) for damage, replace cylinder head cover (1) and valve intermediate plate (2) if necessary.
5 Replace gasket (6).
6 Assemble in the reverse order.
