1 Poly-V belt tensioning device

2 Screw

3 Belt pulley (on vibration damper)

4 Poly-V belt (hydraulic pump)

5 Ring wrench

 	Remove/install
1	Open maintenance flap
 Danger!	Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted	Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut.	AS60.80-Z-0001-01A

3	Swivel tensioner pulley for tensioning device (1) downward (arrow) and take off poly-V belt (4) at the belt pulley (3)	 Do not remove poly-V-belt (4).
		 Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of poly-V belt (4).
		Observe poly-V belt (4) routing diagram.	AR13.22-W-3902-02D
4	Remove bolt (2) and poly-V belt tensioning device (1) at hydraulic pump holder	 Check poly-V belt tensioning device (1) for wear and damage; replace if necessary.
		 Installation: Insert fitted pins into the mounting bores on the rear side of the poly-V belt tensioning device (1) in the hydraulic pump holder.

	Checking
5	Check condition of poly-V belt (4)	 Replace poly-V belt (4) if necessary.

6	Install in the reverse order
