 	Removing and installing
1	Remove the air filter box		AR09.10-S-1150B
2	Slacken the screws (1) of the poly V-pulley (2) in the coolant pump	  If fitting use dolly 	*BA20.10-N-1001-01B

3	Remove the poly V-belt		AP13.22-D-1381A
4	Remove the poly V-pulley (2) from the coolant pump
5	Remove the spring lever (8) and the tension spring (8)	 Pay attention to the installation position: Insert the tension spring with the paint mark upwards	AR13.25-S-3200-01A
6	Remove the damper (4)	 Check that the damper works and replace if fitting  Installation: Before installing a new damper, this must be ventilated by operating the piston rod several times in installation position Installation position: Piston rod downwards

7	Installation in reverse order

 Belt tightening device
