 	Removing and installing
1	Remove the air cleaner box		AR09.10-S-1150B
2	Remove the Poly-V-belt		AP13.22-D-1381A
			*BA13.25-N-1005-01B
3	Remove the spring lever (5) and traction spring (6)	 Pay attention to assembly position: Insert the traction spring with the paint mark upwards	AR13.25-S-3200-01A
4	Remove the damper (2) from the cylinder head		*BA13.25-N-1003-01B
5	Withdraw the sealing cover (9) and unscrew screw (1) from tightening lever (11)	 When loosening Screw (10) push the tightening lever (11) onto the timing case cover	WF58.50-N-1325-01A
		 Clean the thread of the timing case cover and the screw with activator (grease-free).
		 Assembly: Cover the screw thread (1) with waterproofing agent	*BR00.45-Z-1110-02A
		Before fitting the tightening lever (11) onto the screw (10): - Totally fill the space between the bearing bushings in the tightening lever with grease - Spray the sliding surfaces of the bearing bushing with grease	*BR00.45-Z-1001-06A

6	Remove the tightening lever (11) together with the damper (2) and the belt tightening pulley (15)	Assembly: Pay attention to the washer (12)
7	Remove the damper (12) from the tightening lever (11)	 Assembly: Before installing a new damper, this must be ventilated operating the rod of the piston in the assembly position several times Assembly position: rod of the piston downwards

8	Withdraw the sealing cover (13) and remove the belt tightening pulley (15) from the tightening lever (11)		*BA13.25-N-1001-01B
	Check all the components with respect to wear and replace if appropriate.
9	Assembly in reverse order
