Remove/install

Release tension on the fan poly-V belt (3) take off of the tensioner pulley (2).



 Check fan poly-V belt (3) for wear and damage.

If damage or wear is discernible,



Replace fan poly-V belt (3).

Remove screw (4) from tensioning device (1).

 Bolt, clamping device to fan drive holder

Remove tensioning device (1).

 Installation: First insert pins on rear side of the tensioning device (1) into the mounting holes.

Install in the reverse order.
