Remove PTO transmission propeller shaft from belt pulley or vibration damper

With code (N08) Engine power take-off shaft drive 1000 rpm



Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (1) with breaker bar and socket downwards

 Swivel tensioner pulley (1) downwards over bolt against the spring tension.

Remove poly-V-belt (3)

 Do not kink poly-V-belt (3).

 Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of poly-V belt (3).

Swivel back tensioner pulley (1)

Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (2) with breaker bar and socket upwards

 Swivel tensioner pulley (2) upwards over bolt against the spring tension.

Remove poly-V belt (4)

 Do not kink poly-V-belt (4).

 Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of poly-V belt (4).

Swivel back tensioner pulley (2)



Check

Check poly-V belt (3, 4) for wear and damage.
