Slacken
1 Press poly-V belt tensioning device (1) on hexagon (3) in the direction "release" (arrow) until the drill bit (5 mm Ø) (4) in can be place in the locking bore.
Lock poly-V belt tensioning device (1) with drill bit (5 mm Ø) (4).
Tensioning
2 Push poly-V belt tensioning device (1) on hexagon (3) in the direction "release" (arrow). Remove drill bit (5 mm Ø) (4) and carefully tension poly-V belt (2).
3 Check for correct installation position of poly-V belt (2) on the poly-V belt guide pulleys and belt pulley; detension and reposition poly-V belt (2) if necessary.
