Remove/install

Remove poly-V-belt of fan.

Remove poly-V-belt.

Remove screw/bolt (1).

 Bolt, mixing chamber to support brace

Remove fan drive hub (3).

 To do this, remove screws (2).

 Screw, mechanical fan motor hub to timing case cover

Remove bracket (4).

If fan drive hub (3) is replaced.

Install in the reverse order.

 Charge air pipe, charge air cooling, mixer housing
