3 | Disconnect electrical connection (1) | ||
4 | Remove support (2) on bracket | ||
5 | Remove fan (3) from fan clutch | ||
6 | Loosen poly-V belt (4) | ||
7 | Remove poly-V belt (4) from tensioner pulley on poly-V belt tensioning device (5) | ||
8 | Push poly-V belt (4) through between fan (3) and fan clutch and remove | ||

9 | Check condition of poly-V belt (4) | ||

Install new poly-V belt (4) if necessary. | |||
10 | Check belt pulley/vibration damper (6) for damage and wear; replace if necessary | ||
11 | Check coolant pump belt pulley (7) for damage and wear; replace if necessary | ||
12 | Check poly-V belt tensioning device (5) for wear and damage; replace if necessary. | ||
14 | Check alternator belt pulley (8) for damage and wear; replace if necessary. | ||
15 | Check guide pulley (9) for damage and wear; replace if necessary. | ||
