Risk of injury caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts

Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.

Remove/install

Remove poly-V-belt.

Remove cover of guide pulley (1).

Remove guide pulley (1).

 Screw/bolt, guide pulley to timing case cover

*BA13.20-N-1002-01TSV



Check

4

Check guide pulley (1) for wear and damage.

If guide pulley (1) is damaged and/or worn,



replace guide pulley (1).

Install in the reverse order
