1 | Remove charge air pipe (1) from charge air cooler to charge air manifold (2) | ||
2 | Remove bolt (6) and push away fuel leak line (5) from charge air manifold (2) | ||
3.1 | Unlatch and disconnect electrical connector on Start engine button (S10) and Stop engine button (S11) | Up to engine end no. 065486 | |
3.2 | Unlatch and disconnect electrical connector on Start engine button/Stop engine button (S10.1) | As of engine end no. 065487 | |
4 | Remove electrical engine wiring harness on charge air manifold (2) | ||
5 | Unlatch and disconnect electrical connector (3) on charge air temperature and boost pressure combination sensor (B111) | ||
6 | Detach charge air manifold (2) | Installation: Check seal rings on bolts (4). Observe installation position for seals on charge air manifold (2). | |
