1 | Remove radiator (1) with charge air cooler (2) | ||
2 | Remove bolt (3) | ||
3 | Push back clamps (4) over the whole circumference and pull the charge air cooler (2) carefully out of the radiator (1) | When pulling out the charge air cooler (2) ensure that the mounts (5) on the radiator (1) do not break off. | |
4 | Remove charge air cooler (2) from radiator (1) | Press the charge air cooler (2) to the side until the plates on the charge air cooler (2) no longer sit in the radiator (1) mounts (5). | |
Installation: The bracket (6) must be changed when replacing the charge air cooler (2). | |||
