1 | Remove charge air duct in engine compartment | Remove charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler | |
2 | Open side engine compartment flap | ||
3 | Detach charge air hose (1) from charge air pipe (2) | ||
4 | Detach charge air pipe (2) from bracket (arrows) | ||
5 | Remove connection hose (3) and charge air pipe (2) | Draw out battery tray to facilitate this step. | |
6 | Take charge air cooler (4) off the rubber pads (5) | Remove the top rubber pads. | |
7 | Install in the reverse order |
