1 Charge air pipe (warm air)

2 Screw

3 Nut

4 O-ring

5 Clip

6 Red charge air hose

7 Charge air pipe (cold air)

8 Black charge air hose

 	Remove/install
1	Remove red charge air hose (6)	 Installation: The red charge air hose (6) is temperature-resistant and must always be installed between the associated charge air pipe (1) and charge air cooler. Clean sealing surfaces. Check clamps; replace if necessary.
2	Remove charge air pipe (1)	 The opening on the turbocharger may need to be closes off so that no foreign object can find its way in.
		 Installation: Install new O-ring (4). Check clamp (5), replace if necessary. Clean sealing surfaces.

3	Install in the reverse order
