1 | Disconnect electrical connections (2, 4) | ||
2 | Remove electrical wiring harness (10) on charge air pipe (1) and place to one side | ||
3 | Remove charge air hose (6) from flanged pipe socket (5) | Clamp, charge air hose to charge air pipe and charge air cooler | |
4 | Remove hose (8) from EGR line (7) | Clamp, exhaust gas recirculation hose to exhaust gas recirculation cooler or exhaust gas recirculation line | |
5 | Remove charge air pipe (1) from bracket (3) | Bolt, charge air pipe to bracket | |
6 | Remove charge air pipe (1) on charge air distributor (9) | Installation: Replace sealing ring. | |
Bolt, charge air pipe to charge air housing | |||
7 | Remove EGR line (7) on charge air pipe (1) | Only if new charge air pipe (1) is installed. | |
Installation: Replace sealing ring. | |||
Screw/bolt, exhaust gas recirculation line to charge air pipe | |||
8 | Remove flanged pipe socket (5) on charge air pipe (1) | Only if new charge air pipe (1) is installed. | |
Installation: Replace seal. | |||
Bolt, charge air trunking to charge air pipe | |||
9 | Remove engine start and engine stop button on charge air pipe (1) | Only if new charge air pipe (1) is installed. | |
10 | Remove charge air pressure and temperature sensor on charge air pipe (1) | Only if new charge air pipe (1) is installed. | |
Installation: Replace O-ring. | |||
